Pre-appointment Details
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made with a 24-hour notice before the scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a credit for a future session. We strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability
Cancellation Policies
In the event of a cancellation on the day of your scheduled session, a fee will be applied, and you will receive a credit to reschedule for a later date. This credit must be utilized within 90 days from the original session date.
Payment Policies
No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled session. The charge can be used for a future session within 90 days.
